Make Sure You're Providing Valuable IT Service The best thing to do is to make sure that you set them up on some kind of proactive regimen and that you’re in touch with them on a regular basis to make sure that you’re taking care of their ongoing security. You need to make sure the backup is running properly and the relatively small things that are happening in the office are documented and prioritized so that you can fix them. Don’t allow the prepaid time block to get you into the mode where it’s more of a one-shot deal with IT service.
